Firewall and
NAT traversal is a key issue behind
the wide spread adoption of VoIP. The
VoIP call failure rate is 310 time higher than traditional lines. Up to
24% of customers cancel VoIP subscriptions, with the number one
complaint being failed VoIP call completion.
Eyeball AnyFirewall Engine is a software development kit which
enables 100% call completion of VoIP call through firewalls and NATs
on
any application, service or device.
Standards-Based Firewall & NAT Traversal
Eyeball AnyFirewall Technology combines IETF standards STUN, TURN
and ICE, with the company's own adaptations and innovations to
deliver the best possible Internet communications experience for
subscribers. This unique approach addresses the shortcomings of
today's traversal alternatives and ensures your application or
device guaranteed interoperability with existing third-party
components and services.

Highest Peer-to-Peer Media Transport
Beyond the AnyFirewall Engine's traversal capabilities, Eyeball ensures
VoIP and IP video calls connect using a peer-to-peer UDP as often as
possible using STUN, ICE and in some cases Universal Plug and Play
(UPnP). For service providers, this means better scalability and less
infrastructure and operational costs combined with lower latency times.
When peer-to-peer transport is
not possible, it falls back to TURN-mode using UDP, TCP or HTTP
tunneling.
SDK for VoIP Nat and Firewall Traversal
Eyeball AnyFirewall Engine is a software solution, based on
Eyeball's patented AnyFirewall™ Technology, making it easy and
cost-effective to incorporate NAT traversal into your VoIP
applications or devices. It supports integration with third-party
components such as SIP (or JINGLE) stacks, RTP libraries, and
voice/video engines for rapid development of feature-rich
applications.
